Wheatridge HOA monthly dues are $35 per month or $420 per year.

Please make checks and money orders payable to "Wheatridge HOA". If you do a money order, be sure to write your address in the memo line (there are multiple residents that send money orders). Payments may be mailed or placed in the office drop-box at Wheatridge HOA, 112 Hays Ct, Salina, KS 67401. We also have office hours on the First Tuesday of the month from 6:30pm to 7:30pm at the clubhouse if you would like to pay cash. Please bring exact change, or the additional payment will be applied to your future invoices.

Your dues should be paid every month, on or before the 1st day of the month.

Unfortunately we do not offer online payments at this time.

If you are more than 30 days behind on payments, you could incur a 12% interest per annum on the balance owed (per our bylaws). If your account is brought to a collections attorney, you will be subject to additional fees.

Homeowners are ultimately responsible for payment of dues, not renters.
