COMMUNITY AMENITIES & SERVICES

Things are always changing, and we want to tell you all about it. For years, Wheatridge HOA has been working hard to keep community members satisfied and maintain our neighborhood’s high standard of living. From local services to fun-filled events, our Homeowners Association offers countless benefits to all residents.

Clubhouse

We have a community Clubhouse that is available for rent to all HOA members (renters and owners). There is a $75 security deposit that is returned once an inspection is completed following your event. Complete a Clubhouse Reservation Form to make a reservation.

Community Events

In an attepmt to bring our neighborhood back to it's glory days, we are offer community events throughout the year. On the even numbered months, watch the calendar for fun get-togethers at the clubhouse.

Hydrant Flushing

We are responsible as an HOA to have our hydrants flushed on a regular basis. The purpose of hydrant flushing is to maintain the quality of the water distribution system in our neighborhood. Hydrant flushing is a controlled action to ensure proper water flow in hydrants for firefighters and residents.

Main Line Sewer Maintenance

It has been almost 5 years since our local sewer lines have been cleaned out. Your 2023 Board of Directors is working with Travis' Plumbing to schedule a date that can jet our sewer lines throughout Wheatridge HOA. More information will be mailed out when we have a projected schedule. We are just waiting for warmer weather at this point!

Maintenance of Common Areas

Wheatridge is responsible for mowing of maintenance of the common areas. The HOA is also responsible for maintenance of the roads including painting of curbs, street signs, and road repairs. The Board of Directors is currently gathering bids for the roads to be repaired or completely redone.

Snow Removal

Throughout the streets of the HOA snow is plowed in partnership with Bar S Construction anytime there is snowfall of 4 inches or more.

Street Lights

Wheatridge residents are responsible for our own street lighting. To report a streetlight outage, click here.

Off-Street Parking

Free gated, off-street car, truck, ATV and RV parking is available with a one-time purchase of a key (only $5).

Swimming Pool

Unfortunately, the swimming pool is closed for the foreseeable future. Catastrophic damages have occurred to the structure.
